Renewal Rate

This tracks the percentage of customers renewing their contracts or purchases. A low renewal rate can be a sign of customer dissatisfaction or competitive disadvantages. Work with your service team to identify the most desirable value propositions and reasons why customers renew to incorproate them into your ad campaigns. Also, this can help you understnad if there’s new competitors on the block to potentially vet out a future competiror campaign.
