Lead to Qualified Lead Conversion Rate %

This shows the percentage of leads that become qualified leads. A low conversion rate may suggest a mismatch between the leads being attracted and the ideal customer profile or also known as your buyer persona. This has an inverse relationship with your CPMQL. If CPMQL is increasing and your Lead-to-Qualified Lead Conversion Rate is decreasing – this is your sign to check the quality of leads coming through.
