As Warmly expanded its go-to-market positioning, the marketing team saw an opportunity: their existing landing page wasn’t telling the full story. While it was functional, it lacked the emotional pull, clarity, and differentiation needed to resonate with increasingly sophisticated buyers.

1 - Rewrote the hero section
- Replaced the generic “Maximize the ROI of Marketing” with a more specific, pain-driven headline focused on turning website visitors into pipeline — even without form fills.
- Updated the subheadline to clearly explain how Warmly works, using concrete language and emotional hooks.
- Added a question before the CTA to reinforce the value of taking action.

2 - Agitated the problem
- Added a new section immediately below the hero that highlighted a core insight: 95% of website visitors aren’t ready to buy.

- Introduced a bold stat + visual to show how Warmly identifies and engages the 5% that are.
3 - Improved visuals and storytelling
- Replaced a confusing UI video with a simple visual showing how the product works in 3 steps.
- Simplified the visual language to show — not just tell — the core workflow.
4 - Elevated social proof
- Moved a high-impact customer testimonial higher up the page to build trust early.
- Chose a quote that told a clear before-and-after story from a marketing perspective.
5 - Refocused the feature section
- Turned feature headers into benefit-driven copy that addressed specific pain points.

- Added a headline to introduce the section with a clear value promise.
6 - Reworked the final CTA
- Changed the closing message to “You’re 20 Minutes Away from Turning Warm Signals into Pipeline.”
- Added supportive copy to reduce friction and build trust by emphasizing ease and speed.
